Aetna has made the decision to end the Attain by Aetna program to make way for future wellness programs that could have a greater impact for members. Their priority is health and wellness, and they will learn from the Attain program to bring better member wellness programs in the future.
Helping consumers calculate their income can be challenging, especially for those who are self-employed or have an income that is difficult to predict. Many consumers enrolling in Marketplace coverage during Open Enrollment may need assistance estimating their income for the upcoming plan year.
Starting January 1, 2023, Health Net Life Insurance Company will no longer offer its Individual & Family Ambetter PPO and EPO plans through Covered California. In addition, Health Net of California will no longer offer its Ambetter HSP plans through Covered California – Health Net of California will remain on the exchange and will offer replacement plans as applicable.
Colorado Connect provides a type of financial help, SilverEnhanced Savings, to eligible Coloradans who are undocumented. See Appendix A for qualifications. There is limited funding available for year one of SilverEnhanced Savings. Connect for Health Colorado anticipates that we will hit the maximum allotments of enrollments with SilverEnhanced Savings before Open Enrollment ends in January—likely, in early December.
