As planning continues for the exit of Wellcare Medicare Advantage plans in New Mexico beginning in Plan Year 2025 (PY2025), we would like to make you aware of the transition in broker support for the remainder of Plan Year 2024 (PY2024).
What's Changing
Regional Agency Managers, Ashley Avila and Shaina Ramone, are transitioning into new roles within Wellcare and will no longer be your direct broker support contacts for the New Mexico market.
