Elevance Health: Complete HRAs For Existing Members
By now, we all understand the importance of HRAs. HRAs help the member, the agent, and Elevance Health. Everyone benefits from HRA submissions. But did you know that HRAs submissions can also apply to existing members?
Elevance Health invites your agents to verify that there is a current (within the last twelve months) HRA on each client. If your agent has a client with an outdated HRA, or no HRA at all, a new HRA can be submitted, and the reimbursement will be paid to your agent just like it is with a new enrollment. Please forward the process to your agents so they can check on their clients as soon as possible.
- Log in to the Broker Portal
- Select a client
- Select the Coverage Tab at the top of the page
- Under Current Coverage, find the field Is HRA on File?
- If the field is blank or >12 months ago, make plans to complete a new HRA
- Repeat with every client that has an Elevance Health MA/MAPD plan
