Prosperity Life Group Is Discontinuing Their Voice Signature Option
Effective February 5st, the voice signature option will not be available for applications.
This option is being discontinued due to low utilization.
Prosperity Life Group will continue utilizing their electronic signature options with a few minor changes:
- When an email or text message is sent to the applicant, the applicant must open the link to the HIPAA Authorization.
- The applicant will then need to scroll to the bottom of the HIPAA authorization and ‘check the box’ that states they have read the HIPAA Authorization language and agree to the terms.
- If the applicant does not check that box, you will not be able to continue the Security Security Question signing process.
