Molina Healthcare Implements New Background Check Process
Molina Healthcare is implementing a new background check process for agents who have been with the company for two years and have active enrollments. Agents will receive a link from Evolve asking for a signature of approval to run the background check, which will be valid for the duration of their active status with Molina Marketplace.
Molina Healthcare will use IBR to conduct background checks, which consist of:
- Nationwide, county of residence and federal criminal history
- FACIS Level 3 search
Background checks typically take less than 72 hours; however, some may experience delays due to manual processes at the county and state levels.
If your background check fails, you will be notified and your contract will be terminated. You will have the opportunity to appeal this decision.
If you fail to sign the form, your background check will not be run, and your contract will be terminated.
