Health Alliance January Billing Invoice Update
Health Alliance's January billing statements did not get mailed or posted on member and broker portals on Friday, January 13 as communicated in their last broker flash. Health Alliance is working diligently to get January billing statements mailed out to your Individual and Medicare clients and loaded onto the member and broker portals before January 22.
January auto withdrawal payments were successfully processed for policies set up prior to January 10. Your clients should have seen this deduction reflected on their banking statements as early as Monday, January 16.
Health Alliance sincerely apologizes for the added strain resulting from updates to their membership and billing systems. The carrier also acknowledges their broker partners put much effort into enrolling clients onto their health plans – and in helping them through all stages of the broker-client journey.
