You can continue earning more for assisting your Gold Kidney enrollees in completing and submitting their Health Risk Assessment (HRA).
Administrative Allowance
- $50 for Standard MA (non-SNP) consumer HRA submissions
- $300 for C-SNP (non-Dialysis) consumer HRA submissions
- $400 for Dialysis consumer HRA submissions
About the Administrative Allowance:
- This one-time allowance will be paid the month following the policy’s effective date
- Only one HRA per member will be paid, duplicates will not be counted
- If the member rapidly disenrolls broker will be charged back the full admin allowance
How to Submit:
- All HRA Forms must be submitted via the Gold Kidney Broker Portal
- Electronically: Complete and submit an HRA Form on Broker Portal
- Paper: Complete paper HRA Form and upload to the Broker Portal

Here's how the program works
- To qualify for the GKHP AHIP Reimbursement Program you must be a contracted, certified and appointed broker
- Gold Kidney Enrollments must be approved and confirmed by CMS to count towards this program
- Enrollments must be for a new enrollee AND submitted between 10/15/24 and 12/7/24 with a 1/1/2025 effective date
- $175 reimbursement will be paid in January 2025 to the account on file

Some important things to note:
- Agents must be certified to sell - and must recertify for each selling year prior to marketing and/or selling a Medicare product.
