Ambetter Health's Commission Recoupment on Canceled or Termed Policies

Going forward, Ambetter Health will conduct monthly reviews of commissions paid to Ambetter Health brokers. These reviews will identify policies that have been retroactively canceled or termed.

In accordance with the Ambetter Health Producer Agreement sections 4.4.1, 4.4.2, and 4.7, Ambetter Health will clawback* the overpayment of unearned commissions. This clawback will be reflected on your monthly compensation statement beginning with the July 2024 commission statement. The July 2024 clawback will be for retroactively canceled or termed policies occurring January 2024 through June 2024.
