Marketplace Certifications Open for BlueCross BlueShield of IL
BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois announced that the 2025 Federally Facilitated Marketplace Certification training is NOW AVAILABLE to producers. It will once again be located on the CMS Enterprise Portal.
New agents and brokers must complete six training modules followed by one exam. Returning agents and brokers must complete one module followed by an exam.
This training is mandatory if you are going to sell on-exchange Individual and Family plans.
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services requires producers to complete the annual training process in accordance with CMS regulations at Title 45 of the Code of Federal Regulations Parts 155.220 and 155.260. Be sure to complete your training by October 31st, 2024, so that you can sell Individual and Family Plans during Open Enrollment 2025!
