Again this year, Aetna® will offer two options: Aetna Medicare Training (AHIP alternative) and exam Certifies producers to sell Aetna-only products. $0 registration fee This is Aetna's AHIP alternative AHIP Medicare Training and exam Certifies producers to sell multiple carriers, including Aetna. $125 registration fee (Offered at a discounted rate if taken through the Aetna certification portal.)
