Anthem: One Less Appointment Required for Kentucky in 2025

To improve your experience and streamline our business, Anthem is removing one of their required appointments in Kentucky.

For plan year 2025, one of the legal entity appointments is no longer needed. Anthem is removing the obsolete legal entity from the list of appointments by the end of December 2024. No other action is required from brokers.

What this Means
   Cost Savings! Starting with 2025, there will be one less appointment renewal fee for Kentucky.

What to Expect
• Appointment termination letters will be mailed the week of December 23, 2024.
• The appointment being terminated is not associated with of the 2025 plans and will NOT have an impact on commission payments.
• No further action is required.

• Kentucky: ANTHEM HEALTHPLANS OF NEW HAMPSHIRE, INC (008-AH)
